Traditional character cottage with parking and BBQ. Situated on the edge Bodmin moor and perfectly located for exploring all the attractions of Devon and Cornwall.
This stunning cottage on the cusp of Bodmin Moor, and a short drive from the rugged North Cornwall coast, is sure to set tails wagging; there’s plenty of walkies, beaches and coastline to explore with your four-legged friend. Sleeping two humans and two canine companions, enjoy a romantic getaway and spend time with your favourite person and furry friends. After a wild and windy walk on the moors, return home, dust off muddy paws and boots and warm up in front of the flickering wood burner with a cup of tea, or a bowl of water for Rover.
Relax in the calming lounge, giving Fido a well-deserved belly rub before heading into the spacious kitchen to put dinner in the oven. Enjoy evening drinks at the bistro table in the enclosed courtyard as Fido happily sniffs around the borders whilst the stars appear in the night’s sky. Retreat to the welcoming double bed in the nautical-themed bedroom for a good night’s sleep and awake refreshed to enjoy morning coffee in the sunroom.
Visit Golitha Falls (10.5 miles) and walk along the River Fowey, marvelling at a series of spectacular cascades and waterfalls as the stream makes its way through the ancient oak woodland shrouded in moss. Join the South West Coast Path from Tintagel and walk as far as your two, or four, legs will take you along the 630-mile pathway.
