Set within 130-acres of land, this lovely barn conversion is one of three abodes offers cosy accommodation in an idyllic rural location. Great for a family break.

Escape with loved ones on both two and four legs to this romantic rural retreat. Surrounded by 130 acres of arable land, this delightful barn conversion boasts wonderful walks direct from the doorstep. Take the dogs to the coast at nearby Portreath or venture further afield to Newquay, St Ives or The Eden Project before returning home for a BBQ in the enclosed garden.

Inside, the accommodation is spacious and open-plan with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and original barn windows. Prepare and enjoy tasty meals in the kitchen/diner, where you will find a large farmhouse table for dining together or challenging family members to a board game or two. After a day of exploration with your canine companions, put your feet up in the cosy lounge area beyond or take to the enclosed garden area outside for a BBQ or glass of wine as the sun goes down.

Cottage is accurately reflected in the photos. Good open plan upper floor. Great that you can walk from the cottage all the way to the coast path and to Portreath on foot paths. Very dog friendly as a result. Good location for exploring given cottage's proximity to A30- whilst also being very tranquil. Bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs of good sizeRead more. Hide

Location was perfect for our type of holiday, great base to explore North Cornwall. Spacious, clean, private and has a remote feel whilst still being 5 mins drive from a range of restaurants and supermarkets. Comfortable and absolutely the best shower ever.

Cottage very warm, secluded, clean and comfortable, facilities great, close to beaches. Found my bed (double) a bit hard but hubby wasn't of same opinion. Shower roomy (didn't use twin bedroom as only 2 of us went). We didn't venture out much except by car to steal an hour or two on the beaches or at nearby relaxing Tehidy Country park and caf (no Read moredogs allowed) in between the inclement February weather, so can't rate the coastal walk. Some gorgeous beaches and lots to explore. Hide
