Lovely cottage in a very peaceful location. It was perfect for our needs and had everything we required. Used it to escape from the fireworks with our little pooch and it definitely did the trick, we didnt hear a thing. Great location for exploring the surrounding area. We will definitely be back.

I would spend an hour or so first thing in the morning ( 7 am ) just standing in the doorway of Heron cottage listening to the babbling brook and watching the wildlife, it was so relaxing, just what the doctor ordered...

Fantastic situation near stream. Quiet and secluded. Although outside of town it is close enough to walk to. There is a bus link but a car is essential. Cottage itself has all mod cons and came with a host of complimentaries to get you started. I was very comfortable and would rent this cottage again.
