Outside, there’s a charming and enclosed garden where your dog can run about while you enjoy a BBQ on the patio and admire the views.
There are plenty of dog-friendly walks and attractions nearby including English Heritage’s Blackbury Camp (11 miles), the National Trust’s quirky 18th-century house A La Ronde (15 miles) and the historic village of Branscombe (14 miles). The delightful seaside town of Sidmouth has a couple of beaches including Weston Mouth, where dogs are welcome throughout the year, and Sidmouth Beach which has a year-round allocated dog area, with dogs allowed on the main beach out of season. The Blackdown Hills offer dozens of fantastic walking routes your dog will love, and there are plenty of places to visit including Dunkeswell Airfield Heritage Centre (8 miles), Hembury Hillfort (7 miles) and Coldharbour Mill (10.5 miles).
