Beautifully positioned within spacious grounds and surrounded by nature, this property is a rare breed. Together with your two dogs, eight family members can share adventures right from your doorstep. With so much countryside to explore and innumerable sticks to retrieve, chase and retrieve once again, return to your five-star accommodation when you are good and ready. For utter relaxation, catch the last rays of sunshine in the garden as they tickle the horizon.

Equally as beautiful inside and out, this property will leave you wide-eyed and with something for all generations, both pink-toed and furry-footed guests will quickly feel at home. The real heart of the home, the kitchen is a spacious room with ample seating and fantastic views. In the winter, heat stews on the Aga as warmth radiates out. With so many in your gaggle, the handy utility room with washing machine and dryer will be a welcome addition. While the grown-ups chat and dogs snore, set the kids loose in the toy chest. Or if they’re a little older, around a game of table football. For movie nights en-masse, the luxurious lounge has lots of snuggly seating and SkyTv, while a second lounge boasts recliners. Heading upstairs, you will find the property’s four well-appointed bedrooms. From morning to night, your waggy-tailed pals will adore playing in the private garden while you take in the views. Bordered by a gurgling beck and home to a lily pond and woodland, watch as your pups Rover-dose on all the new exciting smells.

Located above the western shore of Ullswater, walks are in abundance. 100 metres from your doorstep is the unmissable Ullswater Way, whilst Aira Force waterfall is 4.5 miles away. For dog-friendly dining, head to Pooley Bridge (2 miles).

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Really lovely house in a perfect situation. Its our second visit and we would definitely keep returning. The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Lovely comfortable beds and beautiful bedding, we all slept well. Wonderfully equipped kitchen and loads of room for the family, with little ones provided for. Thank you.

We absolutely loved the property - I think our favourite cottage ever! Plenty of space inside, very comfortable beds with quality bed linen. Kitchen seemed to provide more equipment than we needed, with plenty of good crockery pots and pans. We had never used an Aga before but enjoyed trying this. This is a lovely very spacious house in a location where you can walk straight out onto the Ulswater Way. There is plenty of room for a family of 8. The equipment in the house is extensive and of good quality. Absolutely beautiful home with top of the range furniture and every conceivable item you might need in the kitchen and elsewhere in the house. We were very pleasantly surprised. The only downside is the late check in and early check out as you basically lose a whole day.
