This contemporary single-story property is situated in a supreme location to reach the picturesque high street of Bourton-on-the Water. It will make a great base for dog walks, due to being situated in lush green countryside and featuring waymarked footbaths and bridleways that you can spend a lazy afternoon exploring. It is also in easy access to the Cotswold Bay as well as several market towns and villages.

The contemporary-style property features a spacious hallway for leaving muddy boots and wiping muddy paws after a day out. The lounge is the ideal place for relaxing and enjoying the views of the surrounding area, with its L-shaped corner sofa where you can kick back to read a book or watch the TV all in the warmth of the wood burner. The well-equipped kitchen is located at the back of the property and features a four-seater dining table at the side of the room. Outside, you’ll discover an enclosed garden that is perfect for letting the dog off the lead to play. One section of the garden features a luxurious hot tub for sitting and soaking with a glass of wine come evening time.

There’s plenty of activities to enjoy right on your doorstep, as you’ll be less than a mile away from a number of pubs, shops and restaurants. Staying in the village Bourton (0.2 miles) you could spend a lunchtime soaking up the atmosphere with a picnic by the River Windrush. If your dog needs some well-needed shut-eye after all their adventures, why not take the opportunity to go off exploring The Model Village or the Motor Museum? (0.3 miles)

This is an ideally placed bungalow with private parking and just a few minutes walk from the high street but in a quiet residential cul de sac. It is suitably equipped for a comfortable stay and although we did not self cater the necessary kitchen appliances are there. Strongly recommended

Only stayed for 3 nights but had a lovely time. The house is clean, comfortable and well located for everything. The garden is secure for dogs and the hot tub is lovely.

We stayed 09-13 Oct 2023 in this lovely clean homely property, and had a really great holiday along with our small dog . The garden was ideal and the hot tub was a treat . Perfectly located just 3 mins from the centre in a very quiet road. Clean and comfortable with everything you could need. Lovely sunny garden and hot tub. Excellent dog walks at the end of the garden.

Excellent property, in a great location, very private hot tub was a bonus. Well equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Bourton.

The cottage was amazing in its location and size with sizeable off street parking. The hot tub was easy to use too and was very welcome after long walks. Easy to get in touch with owner in the days before we went there and he was very friendly. We stayed at Garden Spa with our dog January 2023. Excellent location to the village, within 5 mins walk to an abundance of eating places/takeaways. The location is excellent. In a quiet dead-end street with parking for 2 cars and only a 2 minute walk to the main centre of Bourton on the Water. The gate at the back of the garden opens onto a public footpath which leads into fields and longer walks so ideal for dogs. Good sized rooms, hot tub and decking area are great. A really lovely, comfortable property just a short walk from the village centre. Our dog and toddler particularly enjoyed the enclosed garden.

Perfect location for exploring the Cotswolds and the cottage could not have been better for both us and the dog. The garden was lovely and secluded and completely enclosed. Parking is always a bonus and the village had more than enough good restaurants and pubs that were dog friendly. Would definitely recommend a visit.

This cottage was lovely, clean, well equipped and cosy. The cul de sac is so peaceful and quiet too. It was so nice to have a garden to relax in and a hot tub. The location was superb to walk into Bourton-on-the-water and the choice of pubs and restaurants was brilliant. There were walks straight from the door which was great for us and our dog. ItRead more is a good base too for exploring the beautiful Cotswolds. I would highly recommend this place and would love to stay again in the future. Hide
