There is a cosy snug with a leather sofa, a TV and a wood burner for relaxing in the evenings after a day out, as well as a small but well-equipped kitchen area. A table and chairs for two are located by the window so you can sit and enjoy the view while you eat. On warm mornings, head outside for a coffee on the porch while your four-legged friends stretch their legs in the sunshine.
With acres of space on your doorstep, you can enjoy walkies across this lovely farm. Explore the grounds at your leisure, including the water hole for a spot of wild swimming, and meet the various other residents including donkeys and horses. For more active walking, head into the dramatic Black Mountains for hiking with spectacular views. Or take a drive to picturesque Hay-on-Wye (6 miles) where you can wander around the many bookshops and cafes. The meandering River Wye offers plenty of opportunities for scenic walks – pack a picnic and enjoy a few games of fetch by the riverbank before settling down to your sandwiches and some treats for your furry friends.
