This beautiful barn conversion nestles in an idyllic courtyard location close to North Cornwall’s Trebarwith Strand. Step out along the South West Coast Path with your four-legged friends, visit the medieval village of Tintagel (2.5 miles) or enjoy a bite to eat in the foodie hotspot of Padstow (14.5 miles) before returning to this characterful property. With a warming wood burner, elegant bedrooms and 5-acre shared paddock, this is a wonderful choice for both human and canine guests.

Beautifully presented, this charming barn conversion is spacious, stylish and homely. Arranged on one level, the kitchen is positioned at one end of a large open-plan living space and includes everything you should need. At the end of a long and tiring day, fire up the wood burner and settle in for a cosy evening of films, TV or games on the inviting leather sofas in the lounge area beyond. Decorated in calming neutral tones and furnished with antique finds, the two bedrooms are full of charm. Stepping outside, a sunny patio area is ideal for enjoying a cup of coffee, while the shared dog walking paddock with cut paths and dog shower will keep canine companions happy.

Set within the grounds of the owners’ home, this delightful property is just 2 miles from Trebarwith Strand. With lifeguards during the summer months and a surf school, this beach is also dog friendly. From here, follow the scenic South West Coast Path to reach neighbouring Tintagel with its craggy ruins steeped in myths and legends, or Boscastle (4.5 miles) with its pretty harbour and delightful tearooms. Other nearby points of interest include Doc Martin’s Port Isaac (8 miles) and the wild and rugged Bodmin Moor (11.5 miles).

The owners of this property made every effort to welcome us make our stay a success. The cottage is well appointed for 2 or 4 people and the equipment and furnishings are of a good standard and quality. It is refreshing to meet owners who are keen to hear any suggestion or comment you have for improvement. As multiple users of this size of cottage Read morethis one is definitely in the top quartile. Welcoming and friendly owners - quiet location - plenty of room for doggies to walk in the area behind the cottages. Great size cottage with all the facilities you could need for a home away from home. Great welcoming pack for dogs (and their owners!). Would highly recommend a stay here.

Very cosy cottage . Owner was friendly and helpful . The welcome pack of treats for the dogs was very cute and the lemon drizzle cake for us was delicious! Lovely quiet and relaxed setting .
