Ideal for special gatherings and celebrations (and allowing two canine companions), this luxurious property is in Southrepps, 4 miles from the North Norfolk coast, and has beautiful countryside views as well as an enclosed garden. Outside, its flint-faced exterior makes a dramatic first impression, while the inside is full of thoughtful details that make it comfortable and relaxing.
This fabulous house offers plenty of space for relaxing and socialising. The Shaker-style kitchen has everything necessary for preparing quick snacks or gourmet delights, with a breakfast island with two bar stools where you can enjoy a morning coffee. For formal meals, the dining table comfortably seats ten. Afterwards, curl up in the lounge, your dogs at your feet, and enjoy the warmth of the wood burner. One of the three king-size bedrooms is on the ground floor, opposite a shower room with a WC. Upstairs, you will find a king-size bedroom which boasts a TV, an en-suite shower room and rural views. There are a further three bedrooms: a king-size with a TV, a double, and a twin (king-size on request), sharing a family bathroom. The enclosed garden has a large patio with a hot tub – perfect for soaking tired muscles or watching the stars twinkle above – and a table and chairs for memorable meals in the fresh Norfolk air.
The local pub – 0.5 miles away – gives a warm welcome to furry friends and offers local, seasonal menus. The stunning North Norfolk coast is close at hand, boasting long, sandy beaches and picturesque villages. Try the beaches at Trimingham (4 miles), and Happisburgh – pronounced ‘haze-bruh’ (10 miles), where dogs are allowed all year round. The National Trust’s Felbrigg Estate is 6 miles away, where you and your four-legged bestie can explore the gardens and 520 acres of woodland.
