In fact, the whole coastline is dotted with dog-welcoming beaches, including Old Hunstanton and Brancaster (both within 10 miles). The property has an open-plan layout, making it perfect for entertaining, and a sunny conservatory where the hounds can set up camp.
The bungalow is decorated in a contemporary style, with nautical touches and accessories. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is bright with accents of blues and greens to reflect the seaside setting. Dine together around the large table, before sinking into the plump sofas to catch up on your favourite programme on the smart TV. From the spacious kitchen area, a step leads down to the conservatory. This is a lovely spot for the dog beds, quietly tucked away from all the action. Two doubles and one twin offer delightful spaces for resting before the next day’s adventures. From Heacham’s beaches you and the dogs can walk for miles and miles in either direction, to the popular seaside towns of Snettisham or Hunstanton. The area is renowned for its epic sunsets, so be sure to head down to the shore after dinner on at least one night of your holiday – and don’t forget your camera! Holkham Hall (17 miles) makes a great day out. Although dogs aren’t permitted inside the house, there’s a huge, sweeping parkland to explore, with numerous walking trails, including down to a picturesque beach of white sand backed by magnificent pine trees.
