The silence is golden. The most wonderful setting away from any noise. Wild life is all around you. We were visited by a red squirrel, various birds of pray and had a Hare in the garden for a good 30 minutes. The conservatory is a lovely place to lookout for wildlife, in coming weather and the stars on a clear night. Everything in the house was gooRead mored very well equipped and log burner if needed. Love to live there. Hide

A lovely cottage in a fantastic location with beautiful views and total peace and quiet. The conservatory/garden room was wonderful to relax in and watch sun go down. A wonderful property in a spectacular location. I dont want to praise you too much or we will never be able to rebook again if it becomes too popular! The Croft was stunning, the sun lounge was like a 360 degree panoramic weather station. We spent virtually all of our time in there. The local pubs were fantastic, people so friendly (and dog friendlRead morey) , roads generally empty with stunning drives. We cant wait to return. You have something quite magical.. Hide

Nice location giving options for different travel destinations. Outdoor pursuits (hiking or biking in the main) available in all directions. Outstanding scenic areas relatively close (within thirty miles). Opportunities for wildlife spotting start at the cottage and improve as you move outwards.

Amazing place - the views from the sunroom are breathtaking. The house is stylish and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the wood burners complete the perfect country escape. Our dog loved the 360 enclosed garden and staring competition with the sheep in the next field ( they won). Highly recommend for an escape (but the Wi-Fi is also wondeRead morerful) Hide

Magnificent property, with its isolation, privacy, panoramic views, attention to detail such as an amazing shower and good internet connection. The use of the outbuilding to provide comprehensive laundry facilities was a welcome thought.
