The property, which is furnished with beautiful antiques, is spacious and comfortable. Three steps take you down into the breakfast/sitting room, a cosy haven to wake up to in the morning, while the open-plan lounge/diner is fresh and bright with huge windows looking out on pretty views. Cosy property in idyllic location. The opportunity to take my four dogs was a refreshing change and they enjoyed exploring the woodland, which was all securely fenced. A relaxing break for myself and my partner with the experience of cooking on an Aga as a bonus.

Cottage is a bit quirky, but this added to the holiday by spotting the various different things on display. It was very roomy, but cosy and comfortable. We loved the Aga! Absolutely beautiful cottage in an amazing setting. Very well presented and equipped. Internally a little dated but this is not an issue and does not take away from any of the charm the place has. The garden is well kept and presented and although we didn't take advantage of it the outdoor building with the play equipment etc is a great addition. This is a lovey rural cottage - well equipped, private and peaceful. It is a good place for a larger family or friends to stay and a lot of thought has gone into the comfort of the guests. We would definitely like to stay again.

Excellent place - lots of room and a really great outdoor space. The two living rooms and the separation of some of the bedrooms from each other is ideal to ensure that you can do your own thing if you want. There is certainly no danger of feeling crowded and there is a great big living room if you are feeling sociable!
