Set in the beautiful town of Pittenweem, perfect for exploring the East Neuk with outstanding natural beauty on your doorstep, visit the pretty villages, enjoy local seafood or watch the world go by.

This glorious Scottish seaside getaway sits amidst cool contemporary style with ocean views to die for. With tremendous cliff-top vistas across the Firth of Forth, and named after the last wolf in Britain, the cottage is also on the Fife Coastal Path, with breathtaking walks for you and your faithful friends. Explore magnificent Kellie Castle and Gardens (4 miles); dogs aren’t allowed inside the castle, but they’ll love the woodland paths. In Pittenweem you’ll find the exquisite St Fillan’s Cave, a stained glass workshop, fabulous working harbour, independent shops and restaurants and some superb dog-friendly pubs. Anstruther (1.5 miles) is famous for its delicious fish and chips and Scottish Fisheries Museum.

The semi-detached bungalow has been lavished with thoughtful love and style. Human and doggy minds will melt at the seascapes through the lounge’s sliding doors – it’s as if the ocean’s an extra, large room, especially when you dine al fresco on the raised decking. As the wood burner glows in the lounge, prepare divine local surf, turf and seaweed in the sleek kitchen/diner, with its industrial lights, mid-century style furniture and inspiring sea glimpses. After a steamy soak in the dreamy bathroom, wind down with a sunset or moonlit view of the deep blue, before finding the soft and welcoming comfort of your king and super-king size bedrooms. There’s even a dog parlour at the front of the cottage, for pampering windswept dogs.

Dogs can run wild like wolves on sublime beaches at Anstruther, Roome Bay Crail (6 miles), Kingsbarns (9 miles), Lower Largo, St Andrews East Sands (both 10 miles), and East and West Leven (13 miles). Make a pilgrimage to the home of golf at St Andrews, visit the Kingsbarns Distillery and take the Eden Mill Gin tour (15 miles). Good memories await.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Situated in a delightful residential area of this historic village, the property opens onto the Fife coastal path, offering keen walkers and nature lovers miles of wonderful walks to explore. The village also offers a range of shops, pubs and restaurants, and attractions including Pittenweem Skate Park, St Monans Windmill and St Fillan's Cave. Also nearby are Kellie Castle (3.5 miles), Scotland's Secret Bunker (6.5 miles) and Kingsbarns Distillery (8 miles). You can also take a boat trip out across to the picturesque Isle of May, now a nature reserve for an array of seabirds and seals, but with a long history of smuggling and adventure. The nearby town of Anstruther is famous for its fish and chips and is home to the Scottish Fisheries Museum (1.5 miles). This is a fantastic area for cyclists, photographers and lovers of outdoor pursuits, especially golfers: there are numerous courses nearby including those at Anstruther (1 mile), Crail Balcomie (7.5 miles), Kingsbarns (9 miles) and the home of golf itself, St Andrews (11 miles). St Andrews is also known for the ruins of its impressive cathedral, its historic university, ancient buildings and medieval streets, as well as a wide choice of great places to eat and drink.
