Located directly on the beach this lovely property is the perfect getaway for a quiet family break by the sea.  Ample of  space both inside and outside for all the family with the added luxury of a swimming pool, hot tub and large garden

Swap the everyday for waterside living in this glorious property where friends, family and furry guests are welcome to spend quality time together by the sea. Step out of your garden and onto the beach where sand, sea and surf await adventuring toes and paws, before relaxing in comfort back home. Splash the night away in the pool or soak in the hot tub as day turns into night and you head off to rest your head in the delightfully welcoming bedrooms.

Throw off boots and leads and head into the sleek kitchen to brew a warming cup of tea. Gather around the breakfast bar, which is the perfect spot to make plans for tomorrow and the coming days before you sidle into the lounge and put your feet up. If you fancy a moment of peace and quiet, send the louder guests off into the separate TV room, games room or onto the patio so you can steal a moment to yourself. Cook up a storm and dine at the elegant table in the open-plan lounge/diner before raising a glass to fabulous days in fabulous places. Climb stairs to the first floor and drift off to sleep in one of four tranquil bedrooms,

Pack up tasty treats, a bucket and spade, and your swimmers, then step outside through the large lawn area and head across the road for a day on the beach. Sitting on the edge of the South Downs National Park means you are surrounded by an abundance of wonderful stick chasing, tail wagging and hiking spots. Take to trails on foot or on wheels and enjoy the spectacular scenery.

  • 2 Electric ovens, microwave & steamer, 1 gas hob, Amercian style fridge/freezer, coffee machine, extra fridge.
  • Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer
  • Heated swimming pool (1st May - 1st September).
  • Hot tub; suitable for 6-8 people; please note this is emptied and filled with clean water on every changeover so may not be up to temperature on the first day
  • Outdoor table tennis table and large garden with croquet, five-a-side football, hammock.
  • Outdoor heated gym/yoga studio with yoga mats and cross trainer,rowing machine and floor area for yoga/stretching etc
  • Gas fire in lounge
  • Private parking for 4 cars

  • 2 dogs allowed. Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week
  • There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £350 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £40. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.

Beautiful luxury home. Excellent facilities. The view is wonderful. A very peaceful and relaxing stay. Will book again soon!
