A lovely cottage, in a great location. Perfect for walking, cycling, pubs and popping into the dairy next door for ice cream and milk. We had a great week.

Don't go anywhere else! The cottage was everything and more to provide a comfortable and relaxed environment. My wife and I along with our Daughter 14 and Son 9 had the most wonderful holiday helped by the sublime weather. The cottage also provides an ideal base in which to visit the many locations in the Peak District. Quite possibly the best StayRead morecation we've ever had! Hide

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage and it was well designed for dogs too with the communal area being a walled garden and dog secure. It was about a 20 minute walk into the village of Monyash where there was a nice pub (good food) and cafe and lots of walks in the local area. Also close to other towns such as Bakewell. The cottage was well eRead morequiped, with everything you need to cook yourself and some treats were also left for the pup :-) Hide

A lovely well appointed cottage in the Derbyshire countryside. The owners had checked out many local places to visit. The Bulls Head in Monyash was wonderful for dinner as well as the little cafe that was next to it - all doggie friendly too. Sadly, due to the weather - Dennis, we had to cut our break short but will be back soon.
