Peaceful and welcoming semi-detached bungalow conveniently located in a quiet wooded development; ideally placed for exploring The Highlands.

Aviemore is renowned for its idyllic scenery, mystical lochs and its abundance of things to do for people (and pups) of all ages and abilities. This is a destination where you have the opportunity to enjoy everything from snowboarding to cycling, gorge walking to golf, and this beautiful bungalow offers the perfect spot from which to try them all. Sleeping up to four guests and their two four-legged friends, this property would be ideal for an adventurous family looking for a homely Highland hideaway.

This is a south-facing semi-detached property with a lovely, sunny enclosed rear garden providing a wonderful place for Fido to race around before the day’s main adventures. The open-plan lounge/dining area is bright and modern with Smart grey sofas perfectly positioned in front of an electric fire, ideal for keeping toes warm on even the chilliest of nights. The kitchen is particularly well equipped and the chefs in your party will have no problem rustling up a tasty meal or two for their hungry diners. The two bedrooms are warm and welcoming, with a bunk bed offering an exciting alternative to traditional twin beds!

The cottage is perfectly situated to easily access the mountain resort of Aviemore or the Cairngorm National Park. It also has the added bonus of being just 1.5 miles from a small supermarket and is just under 2 miles from Spey Valley Shopping Centre, along with a fantastic selection of cafes, restaurants and pubs that you’ll find within the area. Loch Morlich Beach, famous for being Britain’s highest beach and the only loch to have received the Rural Beach Award, can be found within 6 miles and has been described as a ‘dog’s delight’.

Great location. Compact but ample space for a family. Smell of wet dog was an issue for us as although we have a dog this something we always worry about when staying in property's with people who may have larger dogs staying.

Great location and accommodation spotless. Some very minor points eg washing tablet box empty, only one very cheap toilet roll and garden could do with some tlc but none of these impacted on the holiday and would defo rebook.

Great location, fresh bathroom (great shower) and generally comfortable space. Wife allergic to something in the house, arriving to a full bin, and general feel of place needing a bit of love were negatives for us.

Great location, well equipped, but needs upgrading as very dull and old fashioned

This is a very nice clean cottage in a quiet location within easy walking distance of the centre of Aviemore and there is also plenty of paths to go dog walking. We would certainly stay here again.
