The cottage was lovely, the location was divine, not too far from places like Rosemoor, Exmoor, Dartmouth etc. Our host Margaret was so welcoming and approachable. We would come again hopefully.

What an absolutely stunning setting this beautiful cottage is in. There is a track to it and we did have some rain - but it was well worth taking it steady in the car on the track to get there. Margaret (the owner) is just lovely and could not have been more helpful and informative. We stayed for 4 nights and I could have happily stayed longer - a Read morereal gem! Hide

We very much enjoyed our time at Dartridge farm cottage. The cottage had everything we needed including a good sized freezer, a range of kitchen equipment and entertainment equipment. We particularly appreciated the hosts allowing us to bring along our well behaved diabetic cat.

This cottage was ideally placed for visiting a number of gardens in different parts of Devon. We were able to make good use of the outside table and chairs at the front for breakfasts and dinners on several days. The swallows flying past us as we did so were a bonus. The walk through the woods to join the footpath in to the village made a good routRead moree to the pub for one evening. The interior of the cottage was lovely and cool on the hot days. The farm shop at Eggesford station was good. Hide
