Romantic luxury retreat in Snowdonia National Park with superb mountain views. One of five detached stylish lodges with sedum roofs. Perfect to discover the coast and countryside of North Wales.

This one-bedroom chalet sits surrounded by lush gardens and feels surprisingly spacious inside, with a stylish finish throughout. French doors from both bedroom and living room really bring the outside in, so you can enjoy stunning sunsets, starry nights and splendid views whatever the weather – and your furry friend will love coming and going as he pleases. Beyond the pretty grounds, the delights of Snowdonia National Park await, with miles of beautiful trails, historic Conwy town, and even a surf park all within easy reach.

The lodge has an open-plan layout, with a well-equipped kitchen and dining table, as well as a comfortable lounge area. Open up the doors onto the garden and relax at the outdoor table with a drink while the dog has a good snuffle. If the weather is good enough, fire up the BBQ, and eat alfresco too. If the weather is not so good, then where better to be than soaking in the luxurious bathtub, before curling up in a cosy dressing gown on the comfortable king-size bed with a magazine.

There’s ample storage for bikes and canoes here, so it’s easy enough to head out and explore the many local trails and waterways in the national park. Let the dog explore beautiful Conwy Water Gardens, a mile from the house, or head into Conwy itself, 3 miles away, for a sample of the delicious local produce and a stroll along the ancient town walls. Further afield, a trip to Aber Falls, 15 miles away, is a must, with a couple of gentle walks of less than 3 miles that even the laziest of mutts can manage, as well as an incredible waterfall.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Absolutely beautiful area and cabin was in a perfect location for us. Not to far away from town but secluded. The damselfy cabin was amazing and the best one on the plot, we had a field to ourselves most days so the dog enjoyed it just as much. We will definitely be booking again thank you for a great stay cation

We had a fantastic time at Damselfly Lodge. The views are AMAZING. We spent most days just watching the wildlife and when we got hungry took a short walk down to the pancake house. Which we also highly recommend. The property is decorated to a really high standard, modern and cosy. Lots of windows letting in light and the views. The bath tub was alRead moreso amazing! Ive never had so many baths!! Hide

Conwy is beautiful and the lodge is lovely and peaceful and out of the way. The bed is comfortable and the shower is great. However, there was a small stain on our bedsheets and the sofa also had some stains. The dog adored the area. Limited number of towels provided and no washing machine. The lodges are very well presented, spacious and have all of the luxuries you might need. The location is isolated in that there are no shops in walking distance, there is a pub restaurant half a mile down the road, but Conwy town is only a 10-minute drive. But this also means that it is very peaceful and quiet. There are only 5 lodges at present aRead morend even if they eventually build the other 5 shown on planning boards on the site, it still wouldn't feel overcrowded. Hide
