They say the kitchen is at the centre of the home, and this is certainly the case here. In the big farmhouse kitchen, stir your pots on the striking Range-style cooker whilst the family chats around the breakfast bar. Catering for all the family will be no problem as everything you could need is provided. Later on, the large lounge area with wood burner, comfortable sofas and Smart TV is a cosy spot to relax. Give the dogs some well-earned tummy rubs as the family catches up on quality time together. Alongside the living area is a garden room with dining table and chairs, where beautiful views accompany your meal. Upstairs you will find the cottage’s three bedrooms: one master double, one twin and a bunk bedroom. The bathroom with shower over bath is also located upstairs. Outside, there is a patio and garden that wraps around the house. This a great place for your dogs to let off steam, although it is not fully enclosed.
One mile from South Milton Sands, a year-round dog-friendly beach, seaside adventures await. Grab a ball and pull on your boots and head out for a game of fetch along the shore. 2 miles away is Hope Cove, home to another year-round dog-friendly beach and dog-friendly restaurant, The Cove.
