Stylish barn conversion with hot tub. Set in 250 acres with breath-taking country and coastal views. This working farm and equestrian centre are in the south of Snowdonia National Park near Fairbourne.

Surrounded by stunning countryside, this beautifully presented barn conversion in the Snowdonia National Park boasts some breathtaking rural and coastal views. Located on a working farm and equestrian centre, it sleeps six people over three bedrooms and welcomes one furry friend. Your family or friends are sure to adore soaking in the hot tub and your pup is certain to enjoy exploring the enclosed garden/patio.

Overflowing with rural charm, this light and airy barn conversion is set in a peaceful complex of properties. Step inside and to your right you’ll find a useful boot room – the perfect place to wipe off any muddy paws. To your left, you’ll see a well-equipped kitchen area, stylish dining area and cosy lounge area. Outdoor living is a pleasure at this property, so spark up the BBQ and dine alfresco on the patio. Take a relaxing dip in the hot tub as you soak up the ruggedly beautiful views, while your dog happily explores the enclosed garden area. At the end of the day, there are three sumptuous bedrooms to choose from.

The pretty pebbled beach at Llwyngwril (4 miles) is dog-friendly all year round and has plenty of rock pools to explore when the tide is out. Cregennan Lakes (3 miles) also welcome doggy visitors. These lovely lakes are located on the northern slopes of Cadair Idris, some 800 feet above sea level, so they offer spectacular views over the Mawddach Estuary. Adventurous pups are also welcome to take a trip onboard Fairbourne Steam Railway (1 mile), which has been running from Fairbourne village to the mouth of the Mawddach Estuary to connect with the ferry to Barmouth for over a century.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

We loved the Corner Barn, it looks amazing when you open the front door, it's very spacious both downstairs and upstairs. The hot tub is fantastic and the views are awesome.

The cottage is very remote however there is a fair number of vehicles passing at all hours to access the caravan park and activity centre. This isnt made clear in the description of the cottage. Very limited interaction with the host during our stay. The cottage is comfortable and well equipped but did lack the finishing touches to warrant a 5 starRead more review. Having said that we did enjoy our stay. Would recommend if the remoteness is a requirement. Hide

We had a fabulous time. Thank location of the cottage is fab. The view was spectacular and we could see alpacas from our window. It was clean and comfortable and had most of the stuff we needed. We stayed for a week with my family including a toddler. We absolutely loved the location, facilities and the cleanliness. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and really felt the pictures do not do it justice. Would highly recommend.
