This fabulous property nestles in the grounds of an exclusive holiday development with direct access to the coast, has been furnished in a luxurious yet contemporary style, and boasts a private hot-tub.

If you can bear to tear yourself away from the cottage, step out and head down onto the beach where you can enjoy a dip in the sea or relax on the sands or walk along the South West Coast Path and take in the fabulous scenery that the area is famed for. The centre of Westward Ho! is just a short walk and here you will find a further two miles of beautiful golden sandy beach alongside an array of local amenities including a golf course, tennis courts, and a great selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. Other places to visit include RHS Rosemoor and Dartington Crystal, Appledore and Clovelly, Hartland Abbey and Quay, and trips to Lundy Island on the famous Oldenburg.

Step inside this stunning property and you will immediately find yourself in the beautifully spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a Smart TV, Bluetooth stereo with iPod dock and a warming wood burner effect electric fire. This lovely sociable area provides a perfect place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast before heading out or relax in style after a day exploring, and a set of French doors leading outside mean that you can dine alfresco with ease during warm weather. In addition to a dining table and chairs the kitchen also offers a contemporary breakfast bar alongside a fabulous selection of appliances including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a washer/dryer. With all of the accommodation handily arranged on the one level the next room is the pretty bedroom and this boasts a luxurious super-king-size bed, a TV/DVD, and opulent fabrics and furnishings. Completing the offering inside the property is the perfectly presented en-suite bathroom with a shower over the Whirlpool bath and WC.

Heading outside and located to the front of the property is a fabulous enclosed south-facing patio with a private hot-tub, garden furniture and a gas BBQ. Here you can dine outside during warm weather whilst socking up the stunning scenery, and the hot-tub a brilliant way to relax after a day exploring the South West Coast Path. Further to this you can explore the extensive grounds which lead directly to the sea or enjoy the on-site shared facilities which include a play barn and indoor heated plunge pool (available April - September, 9am - 7pm). There is also ample off-road parking provided and stabling can be arranged direct with the owner prior to arrival.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
