As well as Looe, there are a number of other interesting towns and villages in the local area, including Polperro, with its restaurants, craft galleries, sandy beach, tidal pool, and pleasure boat trips. A little further away, but still within easy reach, the world-renowned Eden Project is a must-see for visitors to the area.
Two steps up to the front door bring guests to this single-storey barn conversion. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner lounge has high ceilings with exposed beams and a wood burner. There is also a TV with DVD and freesat, here for guests to enjoy after a day out exploring the local area. There is a window-side dining table for two, perfect for romantic meals or a lazy breakfast. The kitchen area is equipped with an intergrated oven and gas hob, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. There is a separate, shared laundry room with the washing machine and tumble dryer, that guests can use for a small charge which is payable directly to the owner. The property’s bedroom is a comfortable king-size with a spacious en-suite bathroom which has a shower over bath and WC.
Outside, there is an enclosed garden to the front of the property with a patio area, outdoor seating and a BBQ. Guests are alsoinvited to use the shared grounds. There is ample off-road parking.
Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
