Coachmans Country Cottage is a unique and characterful cottage with spectacular countryside views and a hot tub for enjoying nights under the stars.

On the edge of the New Forest National Park, this romantic retreat is ideally located for memorable walks with your faithful friend. Explore the off-road trails of the national park, splash in the sea at Mudeford (6.5 miles) or browse the local shops and cafes of Ringwood (3.5 miles) before grabbing a bite to eat at the dog-friendly pub just metres from the front door. Back at the cottage, indulge in a spot of stargazing from the private hot tub while your pup snoozes on the rug in the cosy lounge.

Inside, this cleverly designed bolthole for two boasts a spacious and open-plan layout, fresh neutral decor and plenty of home comforts including your dog’s very own menu. Rustle up romantic meals for two in the stylish kitchen area, before dining at the table nearby. At the end of a long day spent exploring the surrounding countryside with your faithful friend, curl up on the inviting sofa in front of the Smart TV. When it’s time for bed, climb the stairs up to the mezzanine-style bedroom, which has been elegantly finished in serene neutral tones. Stepping outside, the private terrace garden is a wonderful sun trap for sharing delicious BBQs with your canine companion and there is also a Shepherd's Hut to sleep two extra guests if needed.

An excellent location for couples and pups alike, the New Forest National Park boasts miles of traffic-free paths, idyllic countryside and extensive coastline just waiting to be discovered. Join the Solent Way, which follows the coastline all the way from Milford-on-Sea (12 miles) to Emsworth (48 miles), or jump on board the dog-friendly miniature steam railway at Exbury Gardens (28 miles). Stock up on tasty treats for dog and owner in nearby Ringwood or Christchurch (5 miles), where you will also find a good selection of boutique shops, restaurants and cafes, many of which welcome dogs.

Mary and Graham couldnt have been more welcoming. The cottage location and views were perfect. Being able to look at the fields and hills and enjoy watching the llamas and animals was so relaxing. Loved the hot tub. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a fabulous stay at this amazing cottage. Everything about it was superb: location , great hosts, scenery , hot tub and OF COURSE the lovely Llamas. Great pub and bakery/cafe within walking distance, too. This cottage is the perfect base for exploring the area - cant recommend it highly enough!
