Step inside and you’ll find yourself in a roomy and social space that includes an open-plan living area/kitchen/diner. Cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen and dine with your loved ones in the dining area. Alternatively, head out onto the large balcony and dine alfresco as you watch the sun set over the stunning lake. After dinner, sink into the sofa in the relaxing living area and watch your favourite TV programme as your dogs snooze happily at your feet. At the end of the day, you have four lovely bedrooms to choose from – two of which boast beautiful lake views.
Spend a wonderful day fishing the property’s five lakes, which are stocked with mirror carp and common ghosties up to 20lb, bream at 12lbs, roach up to 2lbs, tench up to 5lbs and perch up to 4lbs. Alternatively, take your pups for a stroll at the remote Mouthmill Beach (2.5 miles), which is dominated by the dramatic triangular form of Blackchurch rock arch.
