An appealing, Welsh village home with two outside spaces, and within easy reach of the golden beach at Aberdyfi, the jetty for crabbing and the many footpaths of scenic Snowdonia.
Wake up to the smell of sea air in this welcoming holiday home overlooking Aberdovey. Boasting an elevated position, the property enjoys far-reaching coastal views and is just 500 metres from the woof-welcoming golden sands of Aberdyfi Beach. The property sleeps six guests and one hairy hound, making it ideal for a family getaway by the sea. After a long dog walk, pour yourself a glass of wine and relax on the sunny terrace, admiring the views over the Dyfi Estuary.
The cottage has crisp decor and seaside-themed accessories throughout, and its bright lounge/diner is a beautiful place to unwind, with sea views and vibrant sofas arranged around a Smart TV. With hard floors and doors opening onto the garden, this is also the ideal place for Rover to set up camp. Come together around the dining table for evenings of great food, throwing open the patio doors to let a gentle sea breeze flow through. The property has three bedrooms: one king-size, one double, and a bunk bedroom. With two outdoor areas, you and the pup can follow the sunshine throughout the day. Sip a morning coffee while your canine buddy stretches their legs in the enclosed area to the front, or enjoy memorable evenings to the rear of the cottage, drinking wine and sharing delicious food.
Head down to the seafront for a traditional day at the seaside. Build sandcastles on the 4-mile stretch of golden sand, as your furry friend splashes their paws in the water, followed by an ice cream and a stroll around the harbour. From here, you and the woofer can catch a boat to go exploring along the Cardigan Bay coastline. Heading inland, you’ll soon reach Snowdonia National Park, where highlights include Cadair Idris (16.5 miles) and Dolgoch Falls (10 miles).
