What a lovely cottage, very warm and cosy and in a gorgeous spot. Unfortunately we had the most appalling weather, which of course is one of the risks of October in the North west of Scotland ! What a fantastic cottage. Stunning location, yes its remote and the road is long and twisty, but it is so worthwhile. The beaches nearby are beautiful and v quiet. The hill walking out of this world. We went sea kayaking from the jetty 5min walk down the road (Summer Isles Sea Kayaking). Delilahs restaurant in Lochinver is certainly worth a visit. We are just home from an amazing week's holiday. The cottage was the best we've ever stayed in, really comfortable with a well stocked kitchen, cosy lounge with fantastic views, bedrooms were cosy and the beds extremely comfortable. This is a very nice cottage. Very clean and well equipped. Our dog was welcome which was great. This is a lovely cottage with everything you could want for your stay. The owners have thought of everything and we made use of both the inside log burner and the outside chiminea. The views are stunning from the cottage and the garden. We loved the drive along the quiet road where we saw deer on several occasions. We would love to go back.

Cottage is good but somewhat dated in decor. Beautiful remote location and views. Probably worth mentioning that it is a 13 mile drive in to the cottage on a challenging single track road.
