Lead the way to adventure when exploring the beautiful Northumberland coast, staying in this charming property that's perfect for any dog-loving family. Happily sleeping a pack of six guests (four humans and two dogs, of course), this cottage is a perfect base for enjoying endless walkies along the coastal path, spending lazy afternoons chasing tennis balls on the beach and tracking wildlife in the vast Northumberland National Park (23 miles). Whether you walk on two feet or four paws, you'll never tire of outdoor activities when staying in this glorious AONB.
With character and charm in all four corners of this former farm cottage, you’ll feel instantly welcomed from the moment you step inside. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner offers a bustling hub for the whole family, the perfect spot to place your dogs' favourite beds so they can keep an eye on their pack as you cook, dine and unwind. Settle down for the night on the sofa, enjoying the TV as Fido and Rover gently snooze by your feet. When it's time for bed, venture on up to king-size and twin bedrooms on the first floor, leaving your four-pawed pals lounging on the comfortable ground floor.
As well as enjoying the shared courtyard with a bistro set, this property sits directly opposite the village green which is an excellent place to exercise your dogs. Similarly, the beautiful beach of Beadnell Bay is just 1 mile from home and is an outstanding spot to let your dogs run wild on the sand. Follow the coastal path to pretty Seahouses to admire the boats in the harbour and dolphins in the sea (2.5 miles), or perhaps venture up to Bamburgh (5.5 miles) to appreciate the historic castle.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
