You may be forgiven for thinking this semi-detached house is a tardis. With three bedrooms and plenty of living space, it is ideal for sharing with family or friends plus your furry-footed bestie. The fully enclosed garden is a delight for both you and your hound to lounge about on a sunny day, while Tolcarne beach is at the end of the road and perfect for dog walks out of summer season. And there are plenty all-year-round paw friendly beaches within a 4-mile radius…Crantock (take the ferry), North Western and Towan Beach to name but a few.

The kitchen/diner at the front of the house has a nice dining table in the bay window. Further back is the lounge and a conservatory, both with French doors out to the fabulous (Houdini-proof) garden so easy access in and out. The interior décor is bright and breezy, giving an air of spacious contemporary living. For a cosy evening in, just switch on the Netflix, while outside you can light the BBQ, relax with a glass of holiday juice, good company and live the dog’s life.

You don’t need to go chasing your tail to look for dog-friendly spaces here. Watergate Bay, less than 3 miles away, is a favourite for making paw prints in the sand at any time of the year while the kids can try surfing or kite flying. For walking on beautiful dunes and green hills pop along to Crantock Beach, it’s only 4 miles, and has huge stretches of golden sands to play on.

Beach house everything you need and more for a holiday let such amazing place and in a great location with a lovely pub just down road and all the shops neighbourly and definitely highly recommend this house. We will be going back

Everything about the accommodation was just perfect so to suggest any improvements really would be nit picking. The location could not have been better for the beaches and town. We parked the car in the drive and then walked everywhere as it was so close. Our little dog came with us and we could go pratically everywhere as very dog friendly shops aRead morend restaurants. Perfect seaside house! Less than 5 minutes walk to the sea and beach access! 20/25 mins easy walk into town.quicker along the beach when low tide. The house is spacious and very clean. Two double size bedrooms and a single bedroom. A great power shower. Really lovely little house in a great location for the local beaches and town. Everything you need is in walking distance. The house came with all the appliances you could want! Ideal for travelling with a young family.

We have stayed in many cottages over the years. This we have to say is one of the best for comfort, location, cleanliness and the back garden was perfect for my four legged friend. Overall an exceptional holiday cottage.

Had a wonderful stay ,parking great and really nice complimentary bottle of milk was a nice touch. Shops and eating facilities all close by and to top it all a beach 200 yards up the road . Lovely and clean everything you needed was available.

Great location, close to a number of beaches and the town but not too close that you were disturbed by late night drinkers coming home. We hardly used the car during the stay which was the main reason for picking this. The rooms were all very comfy. The front bedrooms did get warm from being in direct sun. A few fans would had been welcomed. The onRead morely slight issue we had, isjust the one bathroom. 2 adults and 2 teenagers was a bit tricky at times but not unmanageable. Overall: Great house Hide

The 2nd time we have been to this wonderful property. The beach is just at the top of the road, and with bars, restaurants and shops all within a 5 minute walk, it really is perfect.

Lovely house, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Location is perfect, 100 yards from the seafront, and great walks along the cliffs with or without a dog. Already looking to book again for next year.
