Wake up to wonderful woodland views and enjoy your morning coffee in the enclosed garden, watching the kids and dogs play in the fresh Norfolk air. Spend intimate nights relaxing in front of the TV, the dogs gently sleeping beside the open fire, or take a dip in the private hot tub and soothe your feet after a busy day on foot. But before you unwind, cook up a storm in the rustic kitchen on the traditional Aga, or outdoors at the BBQ/fire pit - great for those long summer evenings.

From the garden gate, step into the woodlands and discover the Bawsey Lakes and its abundance of walking and cycle routes beyond (3 miles). On sunny days, stop for a picnic on the soft sand at the water’s edge - a great spot for a game of fetch!
