A large corner sofa is a dominant feature of the lounge area, where you can stretch out to watch TV or a DVD in sublime comfort at the end of a long day on the beach or exploring the attractions of the area. There is enough space at the dining table for the whole family to sit and enjoy breakfast or an evening meal while chatting about their day or making plans for their next adventure. The slightly elevated kitchen area is reached via one step up, where guests will find everything they need here in the contemporary surroundings.
Whilst dogs are allowed on the beach, the local authority requests that dogs are kept on leads during the busy periods of the year. Other members of the family might like to take advantage of the close proximity to the Beachside Surf School, where you can have a go at kayaking, surfing, or stand-up paddle boarding. Away from the beach, there are plenty of places to visit in the area, including Ilfracombe (6 miles) with Damien Hirst’s famous statue, ‘Verity’, in the harbour as well as a host of eating, shopping and entertainment venues along the front.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
