Ground-floor apartment situated in the popular seaside town of Woolacombe in North Devon, with the town’s amenities, including shops, eateries and the large sandy beach all within walking distance.

This apartment is located in the heart of the popular seaside town of Woolacombe, just 200 yards from the wonderful sandy beach which stretches out for an amazing 3 miles. As well as easy access to the local beach, you are well placed to explore the locality and all of the beautiful North Devon coast. Four people can sleep comfortably here in plush and inviting bedrooms, with up to two four-legged family members. There is space for an additional fold-out bed in the double room, on request.

The delightfully light and spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is at the hub of this ground floor apartment. A large corner sofa is a dominant feature of the lounge area, where you can stretch out to watch TV or a DVD in sublime comfort at the end of a long day on the beach or exploring the attractions of the area. There is enough space at the dining table for the whole family to sit and enjoy breakfast or an evening meal while chatting about their day or making plans for their next adventure. The slightly elevated kitchen area is reached via one step up, where guests will find everything they need here in the contemporary surroundings.

Whilst dogs are allowed on the beach, the local authority requests that dogs are kept on leads during the busy periods of the year. Other members of the family might like to take advantage of the close proximity to the Beachside Surf School, where you can have a go at kayaking, surfing, or stand-up paddle boarding. Away from the beach, there are plenty of places to visit in the area, including Ilfracombe (6 miles) with Damien Hirst’s famous statue, ‘Verity’, in the harbour as well as a host of eating, shopping and entertainment venues along the front.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Lovely, bright apartment close to the shops, cafes and beach...we would definitely recommend and hope to return ourselves.

A lovely property to stay at in a fantastic location. The only downside is there is no private garden or outside area to sit in. Parking outside on the road wasn't a problem as permits were provided.
