Brand new for 2021, this converted barn is set on the owners' farm with a stylish interior and gorgeous views of the surrounding countryside. A perfect base from which to discover North Yorkshire with extended family and friends.

Follow tracks through the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds or take your favourite, four-legged friends into the North York Moors. This gorgeous, four-bedroom barn in North Dalton welcomes up to three happy hounds, as well as eight guests. Enjoy it as a base from which to stride out into your surroundings or relax in the enclosed garden, explore the shared grounds and even play tennis or have a swim between April and October.

Open the front door of the property, which nestles in grounds where the owners also live, to leave dog leads in the hall. Find yourselves in a split-level, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, where there’s ample space for your trio of pups as well as the rest of your party. Relax on the comfortable seating, with your perfect pals at your feet, as you bask in the glow of the wood burner and watch the Smart TV. Prepare food in the kitchen area, down a few steps, and pull open the doors so your furry friends can pad outside. Find you have a WC, utility space, with washing machine and dryer, and twin bedroom downstairs. The remaining bedrooms are on the first floor. These include two king-size rooms, with Smart TVs and one with en-suite shower room, plus a twin room, which can be arranged as a super-king-size in advance and has an en-suite shower room. The family bathroom, with free-standing bath, is also here. Soak up the sunshine and light the BBQ in your private garden or patio with your hounds close by. There is plenty of parking and cycle storage at the property.

Follow a 6-mile, circular walk from the village to stretch furry legs and take in glorious views. Drive 18 miles to the coast at Skipsea, where your happy hounds can splash in the shallows all year round.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Stayed at Bailey House during October half term week. It was brand new and absolutely beautiful. A real home from home. All the equipment you could possibly need (including baking equipment- which you wouldnt normally find). Comfy beds, furniture, cushions, throws, fluffy towels, you name it, it was there. Not far from Bridlington and many Market TRead moreowns, lovely walks, and also the swimming pool (if youre brrrrave!) Already recommended to friends. Brilliant place 10/10 Hide

Just returned from a fabulous very modern cottage which had everything we needed lots of room for our dogs too. Perfect.
