The property enjoys an idyllic location in the village of Millbrook, less than 2 miles from the twinned villages of Kingsand and Cawsand which offer stunning beaches and a selection of pubs and restaurants. Historic Mount Edgcumbe (2 miles), with its 865-acre estate, is a lovely place to visit, and a trip on the Cremyll Ferry is a must to discover Royal William Yard. Spectacular views and a selection of beaches adorn the coastline of the Rame Peninsula, including Whitsands’ beaches Ninny, Treganhawke and Freathy - all a mile walk and favourites of the locals. Attractions within a 30-mile radius include the National Marine Aquarium, The Eden Project, The Adrenalin Quarry, The Monkey Sanctuary and the fishing villages of Looe and Polperro.
