Rustic log cabin nestled by the banks of the bonnie River Earn surrounded by abundant wildlife. Situated In an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the fringes of Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park, which provides the gateway to the beautiful Southern Highlands. Located 2 miles from the pretty village of St Fillan’s home of the splendid loch Earn, ideal for water sports enthusiast and just 3 miles from the picture postcard village of Comrie. The wonderful bustling towns of Crieff and Callander are also within easy reach or travel further afield and visit the cities of Stirling and Perth. The immediate area is also a paradise for all outdoor pursuits including walking, biking, Munro bagging and fishing.

Step inside this delightful stylish rustic log cabin into the hall perfect place to store your outdoor clothing through to the light and bright living area. Relax in the comfortable lounge after a day out exploring this Area of Outhandling Natural beauty and admire the lovely river Earn views or enjoy a great movie on the Smart TV. There are also French doors leading directly out the fully enclosed spacious balcony with private hot tub and seating area for al fresco dining. Next is the well-equipped kitchen area the ideal space to cook up a storm with electric oven and hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a comfortable dining area in the kitchen to enjoy romantic or family gatherings with pretty glen and river views. Continuing back through the hall you will find the master double bedroom, followed by a cosy twin and a bunk bedroom ideal for children. Finally completing this single storey detached lodge is the shower room with shower cubical and WC.

Venturing outside there is a spacious fully enclosed decked balcony with private hot tub and seating areas for al fresco dining or lazy evening star gazing. Shared seating areas and picnic tables area also available. Please note small children always to be supervised due to unfenced access directly onto the river Earn. There is also an outdoor shared play area with full sized table tennis to enjoy, on site fishing on the river Earn and a handy shared utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. Ample off-road parking is available directly next to the lodge.

Had a wonderful weekend at this cabin, lovely location that can be enjoyed from the hot tub. We brought two two year olds and they had the time of their life. The outside is enclosed and family friendly, the cabin was spacious, cosy and comfortable. The owners were very welcoming and friendly. It was over too soon! Thoroughly recommend a stay here.
