Beautifully presented property located in the peaceful village of Penwithick on the outskirts of St Austell. With so much to see and do this is the ultimate Cornish escape.
This beautifully-presented, fresh and funky property sits in the peaceful Cornish village of Penwithick. Sleeping six people over three bedrooms and welcoming one furry friend, it’s the perfect bolthole for a small family or group of friends who want to explore the delights of South Cornwall with their pup by their side. You’ll love the clean and crisp decor, and your pup will adore exploring the enclosed garden.
Step inside this property and you’ll find a welcoming entrance hall – the perfect place to towel-off any muddy paws after those long country walks. Head to the spacious kitchen/diner and cook up a storm for your loved ones. There’s plenty of room for everyone to dine together around the dining table. After a meal to remember, make your way to the large living room, where you can sink into the comfy sofa and enjoy your favourite movie. Alternatively, head outside to the patio area and enjoy a glass of wine as your four-legged friend explores the enclosed garden. At the end of a perfect day, there are three lovely bedrooms to choose from.
Your pup may not be allowed in the famous biomes at the Eden Project (2 miles), but there are miles and miles of outdoor paths for them to explore. The attraction was voted ‘Best Dog-Walking Destination in the World’ in 2018, so it won’t disappoint. You’ll also find plenty of water bowls and an undercover dining area where you can take your furry friend. Alternatively, there’s a lovely dog-friendly beach at Par (6.5 miles), which is also a great spot for swimming. And at the end of the day, there are plenty of dog-friendly pubs in St Austell (2.5 miles) where you can enjoy a pint with your pup in tow.
