This modern terraced property, just moments from the beach, sleeps eight guests and two pups. Enjoy a sunset stroll along the golden sands of Viking Bay, 300m away, or head along the coast for 4 miles to Palm Bay, where your four-legged friends are welcome all year. Stride out along the chalk ridge of the Kent Downs (20 miles) or discover English seaside charm in Ramsgate (2.5 miles).
Kick off your sandy boots and hang up the dog leads in the hallway, before heading into the spacious lounge/kitchen/diner. Neutral tones and soft lighting create a calm and relaxing tone throughout the property, and the four cosy bedroom are set across the first and seconds floors. In the evening, relax on the plush sofas in front of the TV with your canine buddies curled up on the snuggly rug. From here, bi-fold doors lead to the enclosed courtyard, so dogs can potter in and out. There’s a utility room with a washing machine/dryer, as well as dedicated doggy towels for drying off after a wash using the handy outside tap.
Early birds (and dogs!) can enjoy a pre-breakfast stroll along the shoreline at Viking Bay, before the summer restrictions kick in (no four-legged visitors between 10am and 6pm). If you fancy a day at the beach, you only have to journey 2 miles to Kingsgate Bay, where you’ll find a beautiful, sheltered cove and fascinating sea caves. Hounds are allowed here all year. The North Downs Way, which runs from Canterbury to Dover, provides spectacular walks and a real escape from the stresses of modern life. Find seaside charm in abundance in Ramsgate, which is packed with paw-friendly eateries. The guided Ramsgate Blitz Walk gives a great insight into the town’s history and furry friends are welcome to join.
