Just half a mile from the delightful pet-friendly Instow Beach, this traditional cottage is full of charm and makes a lovely holiday home for couples seeking a relaxing break, or for smaller families enjoying an idyllic seaside vacation. Beautifully decorated and featuring plenty of quirky and characterful furnishings, including a charming inglenook fireplace, welcoming wood burner and free-standing roll-top bath. There’s plenty of space in this retreat for four human and two canine guests eager to experience a tranquil part of the North Devon coast. With timber beams, whitewashed facade, quarry-tiled flooring, exposed brickwork and a light-filled conservatory, this is a wonderful coastal getaway.

The old-world lounge/diner has a Smart TV, plenty of seating, a charming dining area, a beamed ceiling and a wood burner set in a lovely inglenook. The ground floor also offers a beautiful farmhouse-style kitchen and a delightful conservatory with additional dining space. Upstairs, there’s a stylish bathroom and two bedrooms, each with ledge and brace doors and picturesque views – chose between a relaxing king-size room with a feature fireplace, and a characterful twin. The pretty garden is enclosed with a patio, lawn and outdoor furniture, providing plenty of space for your canine friends to run about as you take in the spectacular views and enjoy a meal alfresco.

The cottage is set on the outskirts of the small town of Instow where you will find a choice of great dog-friendly places to eat and drink. At the mouth of the Taw Estuary, sandy Instow Beach is just half a mile away, perfect for families and their four-pawed pals. Dogs are welcome at local attractions including the quaint village of Clovelly (15 miles), The Milky Way Adventure Park (13 miles) and Northam Burrows Country Park (6 miles) which lies on the edge of the wonderful Westward Ho! resort.
