Whitby Beach lies 450 metres from your door, where a seasonal dog restriction is in place from the beginning of May until the end of September. Head to the town''s fabulous Tate Hill Beach (800 metres) for year-round unrestricted fun with furry friends. Join the Cleveland Way, which runs through the town, and head out towards stunning cliff-top walkies certain to get tails wagging or climb the 199 steps to the abbey and take in panoramic views of the town and coastline below.
