The Blue House Wifi and TV did not work and there was an appalling lack of service by both Suffolk Secrets and the owner to resolve the matter. Someone entered the house without our consent. Appalling breach of trust. Will not use Suffolk Secrets or stay at the Blue House again.

It is a lovely house with good equipment, in an excellent location. The beds are comfortable and good bedding. It is let down by the showers, particularly the en suite which was hard to get into. The garden was overgrown.

This cottage was perfect for us and our friend and 2 dogs. Enclosed garden, all ground floor with open plan living accomodation, good sized bedrooms and bathrooms which both had a walk-in shower. Within easy walking distance to Snape Maltings. Tried all 3 local pubs which were dog friendly and had terrific food.

The cottage is in a great location for exploring the Suffolk coastal area. It is well equipped and comfortable. There are two excellent pubs within a few yards, only one of which is accessible. Unfortunately the cottage is not fully accessible as described by the holiday company and is not suitable for people with mobility problems. The showeRead morers both require users to step up a significant amount. Entry to the house requires negotiating several steps and the pathway to the house is covered with loose gravel which makes it very difficult if not impossible to use a wheelchair or mobility walker. There really is only one parking space, in front of the garage, the second space is very narrow such that it is difficult to get out of the car once parked. Response from holidaycottages.co.uk: Thank you for your review. We can confirm that we will discuss this with the owner and amend our information as required. Hide

Cottage is in excellent location, is clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The arrival instructions were clear and the house file giving instructions, etc. is comprehensive. The en-suite bathroom is beautifully spacious, as is the bedroom. We had good parking (two large cars) and the neighbours were most friendly!
