This attractive retreat is peacefully situated in the pretty village of Langham, with the pub just a stroll away. Langham is a charming and traditional Norfolk village with pretty brick and flint properties and a lovely church. Set just above Blakeney (2 miles) on a small incline you are just minutes from the delights of the Norfolk Coast. At Cley (3 miles) and Salthouse (6 miles) there are marvellous bird watching opportunities. An abundance of quiet lanes and heaths for walking are available at Weybourne (7 miles). Five miles away, you have the Georgian market town of Holt offering unique shopping opportunities, cafes and art galleries galore. Of course, the sandy beaches that Norfolk is renowned for are 7 miles to the West at Wells-next-the-Sea or 10 miles to the East at Sheringham.

A luxurious brick and flint detached house which has undergone extensive renovation including a gorgeous extension with far reaching views over the countryside. The accommodation is spacious, tastefully furnished and filled with natural light, designed to make you relax surrounded by endless nature. At the centre of the property is the open plan kitchen/dining area, the real hub of this home, with large French doors to the rear garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and boasts an electric Aga and large island with two bar stools. The large table with chairs comfortably seats 10 guests and is the perfect place for socialising and entertaining in style. At one end of the property is a games room with adjoining shower room and a utility room. At the opposite end, is a further two living areas; a snug which is open plan to the kitchen/dining room and a more formal lounge with a beautiful exposed brick and flint wall, plenty of glazing to bring the outside in and French doors to the rear garden. A cloakroom completes the ground floor. Upstairs, you’ll find five bedrooms which have been thoughtfully furnished and individually designed. One with a double bed and one with twin beds which both share use of the family bathroom. There are two bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a super king-size bed. Finally, the master bedroom with a super king-size bed, smart TV, en-suite shower room and stunning countryside views.

Outside in the secluded garden you can unwind with a chilled glass of fizz or fire up the Kamado style charcoal barbeque and feast in the sunshine. The outside space is fully enclosed so you can rest knowing children and dogs can’t escape easily! There is ample off-road parking available on the gravel drive.

Great views from house. Spacious rooms and garden. Amazed on number of bathrooms and toilets. Utility room and games room excellent. Extra living room handy for granddaughter naps. Allow extra time for Aga oven.

Beautiful house with tons of space, classy and fun decoration and quality furnishings. Games room is a bonus.. we were a family group ranging from 2 to 80 and it was perfect not to be on top of each other. Has everything you could want and more in terms of kitchen equipment. Langham Lodge - this is a beautiful property in an amazing location in North Norfolk. We stayed there as a family of 8 with 3 dogs to celebrate my Dads 80th birthday and Mothers Day. The property easily accommodated us all with a well equipped kitchen although the Aga took some getting used to. The games room was a nice addition too. The showers weRead morere brilliant with plenty of hot water and pressure too and the beds were comfy so thats always good. The garden was fully enclosed for the dogs so they could run around without us having to worry they might get out on to the road. We all had a brilliant weekend here and would definitely recommend this property. Hide
