We loved our week's stay at this cosy cottage. It was clean, comfortable and very well equipped and the secluded, cool, garden is a delight. Westeton is within easy reach of the coast and beauty spots and great for cycling.

This is our second stay at Sunnyside, a cottage we love. There are lovely views across the green and a steep garden rising at the back. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom, with its walk-in shower, are ideal for those with mobility issues. The bigger upstairs bedroom is accessed via a steep staircase and the bath is under the eaves. We have entertaRead moreined visitors in the large kitchen which is equipped with every possible requirement. The cottage is cosy and warm. Westleton is ideally located for birdwatchers and nature lovers. Its possible to walk from the cottage to Dunwich Heath and Minsmere (4-5 miles). Southwold, Snape Maltings, Aldeborough and Orford are all close by. There is a good choice of local pubs for dining out and a shop in the village. We will be back. Hide

Sunnyside Cottage is delightful, I would highly recommend this property. It is ideally located for visits to RSPB Minsmere, and good walks on Dunwich and Westleton Heaths, also towns like Southwold and Aldeburgh, and places like Orford Ness and Covehithe. We hope to return for a holiday in the spring one day.
