A wooden floor and latch doors lead into the kitchen/diner, which has a beautiful traditional slate floor and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The family bathroom is also on the same floor. Upstairs, a double and two single bedrooms all have lovely countryside views. Outside, there’s a pretty garden with a covered pond making this a perfect spot in which to relax. To the front is a picnic table with chairs for a spot of al fresco dining on fine days.
The surrounding area is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, ideal for walkers and with access to the South West Coast Path on the way to the beach. Alternatively, sea dogs will be happy to sniff their way to the sandy beach at Westward Ho! (8 miles), which is accessible year-round at the northern end and partly closed to dogs between May and September. The BIG Sheep family amusement park is 4 miles away and has free kennels on site, and the Ultimate Adventure Centre is 4.5 miles where your pup is welcome on a lead.
