This beautiful detached contemporary property situated near the glorious North Devon coast and beautiful Exmoor National Park is perfect for a family or friends and one favourite canine companion. As you enter this welcoming home, you''ll be greeted by a spacious and bright dual-aspect living room that looks out onto the garden with plenty of plush comfortable seating for you and your four-legged friend. A light and airy kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and leads to a large dining room with a piano. Patio doors lead from the dining area to the garden. A bedroom and bathroom are also on the ground floor. If the children and your pup need more space to play, there''s a games room in the attached garage, which is also handy for securely storing surfboards and bikes. On the first floor of this dormer bungalow there are two bedrooms and a shower room. Outside, discover a large, pretty lawned area at the back where the children and your pup can run around. There is also a decked area with garden furniture and a BBQ making a perfect spot for al fresco dining in fine weather.

Sea dogs will love the proximity to some of the finest beaches in North Devon. Just a short drive away are Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe beaches, renowned for their golden sands and surf, perfect for long walks and for children to play. They are 9, 12 and 15 miles away respectively. Saunton and Woolacombe have year-round access to some stretches of beach for your pup, while Croyde has restrictions between May and September.

2nd stay at Cleeve. The property has it all from great location to the beaches of Crowed, Saunton and Westward Ho and. Cleeve has plenty of space for a family and the back garden has plenty of space and sunny.
