From your base, also plan days out on scenic, dog-friendly beaches, then return to the holiday home to bask in the sunny garden and throw a ball for your chum to chase across the lawn.
Arrive at the property to find its light-filled lounge, with its beautiful bay window, is the perfect place to unwind in front of the TV. You can also absorb the views to the sound of music through the Bose speakers and the gentle snoring of your contented canine. Wander through to the fabulous kitchen/diner/conservatory to make a fresh cup of coffee, feed your chum and decide what to prepare for dinner for everyone else to enjoy at the table. Open the doors on to the garden in here on warm days. Also downstairs are a king-size bedroom, a twin and a family shower room. Another king-size bedroom, with en-suite bathroom and access to the balcony, is on the first floor. Light the BBQ out in the generous garden and dine out here on summer evenings while your pal explores. There is parking for two cars at the house.
Enjoy a 2-mile walk along the shores of the River Camel Estuary to Harbour Cove, where your delighted dog can dip his furry feet in the salt water and bound across the sand all year round. Hire bikes with dog trailers in Padstow so you can cover more ground along the Camel Trail if you wish, while your four-legged friend takes it easy for a spell.
