Presented over four floors, the property has been refurbished to a high standard throughout creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that will have you feeling right at home as soon as you enter the door. Kick back and relax in the cosy lounge after a day of adventure, with the warming coal-effect fire sure to be popular with the hound. The stylish kitchen/diner is the social heart of the home, where you can cook a delicious meal in the modern kitchen and then plan the next day''s activities over a shared meal at the dining table. The fantastic games room on the lower ground floor will keep children entertained for hours, and the family bathroom can also be found on this floor, alongside a handy utility room. Outside, the suntrap courtyard garden is the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening sun-downer. Take a seat on the comfortable outdoor seating whilst Rover explores the fully enclosed boundaries. When it comes time for bed or basket, four charming bedrooms await, three on the first floor, alongside another bathroom, and a large master en-suite bedroom on the second floor tucked romantically under the sloping eaves of the roof.

With its atmospheric abbey towering over winding cobbled streets, expansive sandy beach offering traditional seaside fun, and working harbour, it’s easy to see why Whitby is a firm holiday favourite. The sweeping shoreline of Whitby Beach is 350 metres from your door. There is a seasonal dog restriction in place from the beginning of May until the end of September, so head to the town''s sheltered Tate Hill Beach (0.5 miles) for year-round beachside fun with furry friends. There are many dog-friendly cafes and pubs in Whitby, so make sure to try the world-famous fish and chips, sparing a nibble for Fido too! For a walk to get tails wagging, join the Cleveland Way, which runs through the town, and strike out towards magnificent coastal cliff-top scenery with plenty of exciting sights, sounds and smells for canine companions to investigate along the way.

Lovely terraced house situated on the West Cliff of Whitby, easy access into the town. House is a comfortable size for the 7 of us that stayed, plenty of bathrooms to accomodate us. Would recommend.

Had a great holiday in this warm, welcoming and comfortable property. Could not be in a better position to access the beach, amusements and west pier.

Good all round only slight issues were there was nothing to tell you the location of the bins and when found they were already full, The parking at the back it is not clear where you are expected to park because of this it was better to use the scratch cards and park on the road which could cause problems for local residents. Not enough plastic cleRead morear bags were provided. Overall though it was a good holiday and we all liked the cottage very much Hide
