On entering this fresh, airy and light-filled property you will find the bright and inviting lounge/diner which makes a great space for everyone to get together and relax after a fabulous day out. The ground floor also has a stylish kitchen and an invigorating shower room. Heading upstairs, the first floor has a cloakroom and three fresh, cheerful bedrooms to choose between: a sweet double and two pretty single rooms, one with a low sloping ceiling. Stepping outside, a small courtyard garden features a shrub bed, BBQ and outdoor furniture, providing a wonderful enclosed space for enjoying a spot of al fresco dining. There’s also a handy warm dog shower outside, perfect for washing muddy paws.
The cottage is set in the centre of Padstow, close to a range of welcoming pubs, excellent restaurants and cheerful cafes, many of them pet-friendly. The harbour is also nearby, where you can watch the fishing boats bring in the catch, or take a trip out to sea or along the River Camel. There are some wonderful sandy beaches nearby, most of them dog-welcoming, including Harlyn Bay, Porthcothan and Treyarnon Bay, all within 5 miles. Keen walkers can take their four-legged pals inland along The Saints’ Way and The Camel Trail to experience some unforgettable scenery.
