With plenty of room for up to nine guests, there’s also plenty of space for four canine companions eager to help you discover the area’s lovely dog-friendly beaches and quaint resorts. Featuring a wood burner, a large patio, roll-top bath, wooden flooring and a secluded mature garden, the property is an ideal retreat for keen walkers, nature lovers and water sports fans, and is less than a mile from a gorgeous sandy beach. An additional annexe provides space for four further guests.

This impressive property has a welcoming lounge with a cosy wood burner, Smart TV, DVD player and plenty of space to relax. The second lounge also has a TV and DVD player along with the main dining area which is a few steps down from the stylishly designed kitchen. The ground floor also features a relaxing bathroom and three bedrooms: an en-suite super-king-size room, a twin and a bunk bedroom. Two more bedrooms are upstairs: a single and an en-suite double. Outside, the extensive enclosed garden has a lawn with ample space for dogs to run about. There’s also a children’s Wendy House and a lovely patio area with an array of outdoor furniture, providing a fantastic spot for dining alfresco. The property also features an additional annexe, The Garden Room, which features a kitchen/diner, shower room and combined lounge/bedroom with a king-size sofa bed and two single beds.

With six dog-friendly beaches within a couple of miles, this is a fantastic area for your four-legged friends to explore. There are miles of glorious country walks inland, and plenty of pet-welcoming pubs and restaurants in nearby Padstow and Wadebridge, both within 10 miles.

The location was excellent for our family Property is spacious and well equipped Its a real shame the cleaning let it down I would recommend if the the cleaning was addressed

Reasonably well presented property. Generally clean and tidy. In need of some updating with regards the kitchen area and patio/bbq area if youre looking for real luxury, but functional and we had a pleasant stay.

This house is in a fantastic location and has a lovely spacious garden. A couple of the bedrooms are very small and wouldnt be suitable for larger children or adults. The master and two doubles are a good size. The big utility is a bonus.
