Lovely place, clean and tidy. Not level access as stated. Has 2 deep to steps to bedrooms (not disabled friendly). Not easy to find in the dark, as it take you to a different property. Hot tub isn't very private as its in front of the neighbours window.

The cottage is well maintained and clean, its a long lane down to the place but worth it if you like remote as we do. The beds are comfortable and the hot tub dreamy surrounded by a nice garden. We had 3 small dogs that we felt were as welcome as we were. A lovely cottage

Had a great week here. Property well equipped with everything we needed. Nice and clean. Good location with equal distance to a lot of places to visit. Entrance down the private road and through the narrow passageway was a bit hair raising but got used to it. Hot tub was well used and could enjoy the numerous birds flying around the area. As stateRead mored no phone signal but there is WiFi although a bit patchy in the furthest bedroom as to be expected. Hide

We had a lovely week at House Martin cottage, which was ideal for our needs to explore North Devon. The property is located in a rural area that is surrounded by farmland with woolacombe and Ilfracombe within 20 minutes drive from the property. We were pleasantly surprised to see the kitchen so well equipped with very good and laundry facilitiesRead more. Coming from our outings each evening, the hot tub was a treat to unwind before jumping into comfortable bed. Hide

Very clean and comfortable accommodation in a beautiful location.. Beds were super comfy, very quiet at night and the hot tub was enjoyed after our long days out. Would definitely stay here again and the added bonus was that we could bring our dog. Wish we'd booked for longer than a week as there is so much to do in the area.

We have just returned from a wonderful two weeks at House Martins. The cottage was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space for six of us. The garden was a good size and, being secure, was perfect for our dog and granddaughter. The hot tub was a very welcome addition and was kept in good, clean working order throughout our stay. The on site hostsRead more were very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for the beautiful beaches of Woolacombe and Saunton Sands, as well as local towns and other activities. We would recommend House Martins as an excellent holiday home. Hide
