Lead the way to adventure in the Garden of England, exploring Kent’s remarkable countryside with man’s best friend by your side. This pretty country cottage provides the perfect base for any dog-walkers adventure holiday, inviting two guests and one dog to stay together. With its versatile bedroom and zip-and-link bed, the cottage accommodates a holiday-making pair of friends or a couple eager to enjoy a romantic retreat. Set tails wagging with any number of countryside adventures close to home, embarking each day with a pocket full of tennis balls and plenty of treats to see you through.

Pass through the rustic picket fence as you step inside the property, first finding a lovely bistro set where you can sit with a morning coffee whilst Rover sniffs around. There’s a second outdoor space also at the side of the property, also enclosed with space for your pup to play. Indoors, find everything laid out along the ground floor. There’s a bright and cheerful lounge/kitchen/diner with vaulted ceilings, skylights and wooden beams adding overall character to the place. Throw a log or two onto the wood burner and curl up here with your pet at your side. Along the hallway, find a generous super-king-size bedroom where two can sleep and a handy shower room.

Take a daily dog walk into the village of Biddenden (1.5 miles) and enjoy a coffee before setting off on a wider Weald adventure. The property is just 1 mile from the outskirts of the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a place teeming with wide open spaces to exercise your dog and beautiful landscapes to be enjoyed. Visit the grounds of Hole Park Garden (5 miles) or Sissinghurst Castle (4 miles), both dog-friendly with some restrictions. End your day in Cranbrook (5 miles), stopping off for dinner in a pet-friendly pub.

The Old Dairy is just perfect. Great location, wonderful cottage and lovely owners. We really enjoyed our holiday and would highly recommend staying at the Old Dairy. Thank you we certainly plan to come back.

This is a real gem of a cottage. The location is stunning, the cottage itself is immaculately clean with excellent facilities and the owners are fantastic people. It is a magical place.
