Whitby is a lively seaside resort, with a great range of independent shops and eateries, many of which welcome four-pawed visitors. You can also explore some of the town’s historic sites, such as the 12th-century church and Whitby Abbey. Stunning walks branch away from the town along the coast path, providing jaw-dropping views and excellent wildlife watching opportunities.
