Spent five nights in this wonderful cottage. After a long day's walking and exploring the area it was the most peaceful and relaxing place to come back to for a few drinks in the beautiful garden and then sink into the heavenly soft pillows and bed ready for the next day. Highly recommended for those that like to switch off and escape the hustle anRead mored bustle of towns and cities. Hide

Old lion cottage is a total gem - well furnished, well equipped in a peaceful location with great views. The owners were very helpful leaving information about walks, local eating places and things to do in the area. The welcome package was greatly appreciated too - a lovely touch! We hope to be back in the future.
